Established In 1991
Santino Cracchiolo was born and raised in the small town of Carini in Sicily. Santino started his career as a barista, working up the ladder, at the age of 16. Santino came to America at the age of 19 without speaking any English and with only one dream in mind, to own a restaurant. His culinary background came through years working in restaurants across America. His dream finally became a reality when he opened Santino's Italian Cuisine in Jersey Shore, PA.
Historically, Italian food has been influenced by class structure as well as geographic locale. It is our goal to retain the dignity of Italian classics while at the same time offering modern interpretations. We can only accomplish this by using the finest ingredients. Because we use fresh ingredients in all of our dinners, please allow the chefs ample time for preparations.

Santino's specializes in Italian cuisine, pizza, and subs. Featuring one of the biggest menus in the area. With a large selection of pasta, chickens, veal, steaks, and pork. Choosing select and imported ingredients like pasta barilla, olive oils, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, prosciutto di parma, grana padano, etc. to satisfy our clients because quality is the key to our success! We are also featuring gluten-free pasta and whole wheat pasta to satisfy customers with specific tastes.
